Return Policy & Exchanges


If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from our online store www.usaveljewelry.com, you may return it to us within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the order (Consumer Protection Act).


1.

Please email first to usaveljewelry@gmail.com to get an official return form. Every order package you will purchase from our online store includes a return address sticker. When returning your items remember to add that address sticker to your package. Items returned without an official return form and address sticker will not be accepted. All the information has to be clearly recognizable.

Please ensure that items are undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging. Items that are damaged on receipt will not be eligible for a refund unless it is clear that the fault is due to the making of the piece.

All returns are at the customers’ own risk and expense. Upon receiving your returned item at our establishment, please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed, we will send you a return confirmation email as soon as it’s processed. Your refund will be issued via the original method, less any shipping costs. From the day the return has been processed, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end, depending on your bank.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All items purchased on sale (unless it is clear that the fault is due to the making of the piece, in this case, returns within one week of receiving the order)

  • All items purchased with a promotional discount code (unless it is clear that the fault is due to the making of the piece, in this case, returns within one week of receiving the order)

  • All items which have been worn or damaged

If the product is defective or you have received the wrong product, then we will either refund the payment or send a new product at no extra cost.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different color or size simply go through the return process since we do not have a formal product exchange program. Then you can place your new order through our shop for the item that you would like to receive in exchange.
